IPTV is tricky.
The reason things like Netflix and Youtube work well is that they have extensive local caching and content distribution networks which come with a huge investment.
Other IPTV services, or apps that claims to let you watch any content for a very small monthly fee (or free), will most likely not have the proper licensing or permissions to stream content and is most likely operating illegally. Services that facilitate streaming digital content in an unauthorised manner will often host their content on the cheap, far away, on unreliable connections and not make use of high availability, high throughput networks with local caching.
After a few IPTV troubleshooting experiences, we generally just recommend people don't subscribe to unauthorised IPTV services, or be very careful to find ones where the content hosting is good quality.
